By using the Hadithne ("حدِّثني") app you agree to these terms. The app offers educational story content for children and their families.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial use within your family. All stories, artwork, audio recordings, and trademarks are owned by the developer and may not be copied or redistributed.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The app offers two subscriptions that unlock access to all current and future Hadithne story collections for the duration of the subscription:

• Monthly subscription — renews automatically every month.
• Yearly subscription — renews automatically every year.

The following terms apply:

• The price is shown in your local currency in the app and on the store's payment sheet before you confirm the purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings: on Apple devices via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android via the Google Play app → Subscriptions.
• After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current period are governed by the store's own policies.

On Apple devices, use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

Previous Purchases

If you previously bought story collections as one-time purchases, they remain yours and can be restored at any time using the "Restore previous purchases" button in the in-app store.

Your Recordings

You are responsible for the voice recordings and custom stories you create with the recording feature; they are stored only on your device.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
